Everyday thousands of heavy items like the ones mentioned are lifted to insert dunnage (wood blocks) and place rigging for movement and loading onto flatbed trailers and rail cars. GATOR-LIFT makes it safer and easier to do these operations by design, keeping workers hands away from hazards and pinch/crush points with it's integrated handle for control and placement. GATOR-LIFT is constructed from super tough, strong and durable AR 400 steel and laser cut for precision. GATOR-LIFT is also designed to be lighter in weight compared to a solid cast or machined piece of steel, using 4 vertical hardened steel plates in an array with 4 large diameter hardened steel pins in the assembly. A bright, high visibility green/yellow paint makes it easy to locate and see the lifting clamp. A large lifting eye is integrated into the design making it easy to install large lifting hooks and chain.
