Magna-Grab User Manual

PROPER & IMPROPER USAGE SAFETY INFORMATION.

Magna-Grab can be used as a magnetic tag line or tether anchor point on suspended steel loads that don't have ideal attach points. Magna-Grab can be used as magnetic retrieval tool. Retrieve dropped tools, parts, scrap and other objects from hazardous or confined spaces quickly, easily and safely. Magna-Grab can also be used as a holding and positioning hand safety tool.

LOAD CONTROL USE EXAMPLE.

Magna-Grab Proper and Improper Use Examples

DO NOT: Attach taglines to the retrieval anchor point. This will cause the magnet to leverage itself off of the object.

RETRIEVAL & LIFTING USE EXAMPLE.

Magna-Grab Proper and Improper Use Examples

DO NOT: Use taglines anchor points to lift any steel objects. This will cause the magnet to leverage itself off of the object.

How To AttachMagna-Grab Magnetic Tools
Always attach the tool/magnet to a steel object by gently setting the magnet onto the surface. The magnet will do all the work attaching itself to the steel. Our 3 inch diameter magnet has over 500 LBS of attraction or pull force. The magnets do not need any extra help or acceleration force when it comes to attaching themselves to steel. There is no need whatsoever to drop, slam or forcefully apply the magnet to steel. Any evidence of abuse will not be covered by the product warranty. Take care of your Magna-Grab, use it properly and it can remain in service for many years.

How To Remove Magna-Grab Magnetic Tools
Remove the magnet from a steel object by bumping the handle horizontally until a light push force is required to "peel" or "lever" the magnet off of the surface. It requires approximately 30 pounds of force to remove the magnet.

How To Remove Magna-Grab Magnetic Tools
Use caution when attaching to small steel objects as removal can be difficult. Magi-Caps are recommended for small and thin steel objects. See part# MCAP002 www.adamarindustries.com/magicap-3-blue-magnet-caps
